1. Investigations are only for people aged 18 years and over.

2. Alcohol and/or drugs are not permitted during or immediately prior to any of our events. If suspected that somebody is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be asked to leave without a refund.

3.  Due to the nature of certain venues having uneven flooring and tight stairways, you should only wear sensible footwear like trainers, walking boots or any other non-slip flat-soled footwear. PEUK will not be liable for any injuries caused by inappropriate footwear, you will be turned away without refund if you don't have correct footwear.

4. Again, due to the nature of some venues and most of our business being conducted in the dark. You should bring a torch to use when moving between rooms.

5. Smoking is not permitted inside any venue, there will be an area designated to smoke outside the venue. We'll go through this and other emergency info during our induction. Candles or other fire hazards will not be permitted either.

6. We will be filming during investigations along with recording audio (EVP) and reserve the right to use the footage as we wish for promotion & for our YouTube channel.  If you'd prefer NOT to be on camera let us know before the night begins and we'll try our best not to include you in any footage, although accidental inclusion cannot be helped.

7. Transport is not provided or included in the ticket price.

8. You must inform us of any health problems prior to an event. Please note that some investigations will include steps, walking and uneven floors and tight spiral stairs. If this could be a problem, please check before booking.

9. There are no sleeping facilities at any of our events unless stated by the host venue. If there will be a choice to stay you should book with the venue directly after checking our advert as we may secure a reduction. 

  10. You will attend the venue at your own risk. PEUK accepts no liability for accidents or injuries incurred. Boundaries for access will be discussed at the induction. 

11.  You must respect the venue at all times as many places have valuable antiques on display.

12. There will be occasions for you to conduct lone vigils, but outside these times you must stay with your allocated team for health and safety reasons. When on a lone vigil a radio will be provided for you to contact a team member should you need to do so.

13. PEUK will not be liable for loss or damage from or to vehicles whilst parked at the venue. All items and equipment you bring with you remain your responsibility at all times. For personal injury we'd recommend you have your own 3rd party insurance in place.

14. Where possible, tea/coffee & light snacks will be provided. We do not cater for any food allergies and food packages will not be marked, if you have a food allergy or intolerance please bring your own snacks.

15. We will be visiting venues with previous reported paranormal activity but activity cannot always be guaranteed.  However if this is the case we will NOT be faking anything to make the night dramatic in any way, if it's a quiet night then so be it.

16. Please note: All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. If the remaining balance is not paid by 14 days prior to the event your booking will be cancelled and you'll lose your deposit. If you cannot attend you must cancel your place no later than 14 days prior to the event in order to claim back your refund (the refund will be minus the deposit in all circumstances) but it'll only be refunded if we can fill your vacant space as we have to pay the venue in full in advance of the night.

17. If the venue cancels the booking you will have the choice to claim your payment back or put it towards a future investigation.

18. If anyone is found to be faking activity or disruptive to the rest of the attendees, you will  be asked to leave without a refund.
